You have 2 options. 1) If you feel you should manage the listing you can email the current listing manager to initiate a transfer to your account. 2) You can accept the firm is managed by someone else and create a dummy firm listing in your account purely to facilitate your adviser listing. Then add your adviser listing to the firm listing in your own account and you can manage and pay for just your own listing. Information relating to the firm will be provided from the firm listing owner. This allows individual advisers to promote themselves in their target areas, without need to defer to head office to manage the process.

Yes, each firm or adviser listing has a 'target postcode'. The system will show listings based on a radius from the postcode search performed by the consumer. The closest results will show up and this is based on the chosen target postcode. You should either provide your office postcode, or a postcode in the centre of the area you wish to target.

Yes, we have a csv template upload system. Simply create the firm listing and then use the menu option for the csv upload. You will be allowed to download a template csv file which you can complete and then upload when ready. Once you have done this you will need to add photos for each adviser and then you can submit the listings to be published.

Yes, we monitor all known trading names, past and present. Our 'namesearch' facility allows consumers to check your trading names against the register. We also allow different trading names to be registered against the same FRN (firm reference number) if they are registered with the FCA database.

Some new Yes, our system will not allow duplicates based on the FRN, Firm / Trading name and postcode. This means you can have all your trading names listed at the same head office and postcode. Or you can have your head office listed and each of your regional offices. Or any combination of the above.
